[Signed Presentation] Bacall, Lauren. By Myself. Fourth Printing. 1979. Book and dust jacket are both in very good condition. Lauren Bacall has inscribed this copy to Georgann Johnson her cast mate in the Robert Altman movie HealtH that was then filming at the Don CeSar Hotel in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida. The inscription reads, “For Georgann—Much love in “health”—Betty. St. Pete’s Beach.”
