If practice counts, who would be a better resource than Zsa Zsa as to how to land a husband. She had nearly as many of them (nine) as film roles. Though one might quibble with her talent for holding on to men, this book is full of wit and Hollywood glamour and, occasionally, even sensible advice. The gist is that all is fair not only love and war but also in marriage and divorce. To decide whether one should consider marrying a particular man, she suggests that tenderness isn’t everything. Just as important (if not more) is how gracious the prospective groom would be both during and after the inevitable divorce.
